City Joggers Club held their annual Resolution Run on the first day of 2020, which had a resounding response of over 5,000 runners participating. SCCS is grateful to have been chosen as one of the six beneficiaries of this run, where the Society received RM5,000 in donations.
In November 2019, local designer stationeries producer Flint & Steel, together with homegrown fashion brand Wynka, came together to create Tender Loving Showers. 6 staff from Emart visited the centre on 3 March 2020, to carry out their CSR project, in line with Emart’s values. Besides bringing donations in kind for the centre’s use, which included crackers, packet drinks and cleaning items, they also helped to clean the centre’s main areas.
