Volunteer

Thinking about getting involved with a childhood cancer NGO as a volunteer?

Volunteering provides a wonderful opportunity for people to meet, contribute and support a common cause. Volunteers are vital to us at the Sarawak Children’s Cancer Society.

You help us to achieve our purpose by offering your time, skills and valuable advice. Our SCCS Superheroes volunteer family are a big group of like-minded individuals who are coming together to help make the journey of childhood cancer a little easier for our fighters, each in their own way. This is also a great opportunity for you to learn new skills or enhance existing ones, and make new friends in the process, all while giving your time, energy and passion to the great cause of helping kids fight cancer.

Even if you are located overseas, we still have an opportunity for you to contribute, through design work, data entry, research and many others. We’ll work together with you to see how best to do this.

Your organisation’s team can contribute to SCCS, depending on your interests and skills. You can choose from projects ranging from helping to clean the SCCS halfway home in Kuching, to organising a party for the kids. This is great for a team-building project as well as enhancing your company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Please fill in the volunteer sign-up form . Once you have signed-up, we will get in touch with you to find out where you fit best, according to your schedule, skills, and interests.
