15 March 2026 – Notice of SCCS 24th Annual General Meeting (Hybrid)
SCCS will hold its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, 15 March 2026, from 2pm to 4pm in a hybrid format. The physical meeting will be held at the Sarawak Children’s Cancer Society Headquarters (limited to 50 pax). It will also be accessible virtually via Zoom (video conferencing platform).
The AGM is a members-only event. If any SCCS member would like to receive an email of the Notice of the AGM and agenda, they should contact administrator@sccs.org.my.
We will use the Zoom video-conferencing platform for our Virtual AGM.
For this hybrid format AGM:
1. Members may choose to attend the physical or the virtual meeting.
2. Those who choose to attend the virtual AGM will observe and listen to the proceedings of the meeting by electronic means.
3. Members are encouraged to submit any questions to SCCS by email or post. All substantial and relevant questions will be addressed by the committee and / or management prior to, or at, the Hybrid AGM.
4. Eligible Members (Life members and ordinary members who have paid their membership dues for 2025) shall be entitled to 1 vote for various matters that members have to vote on, during the Hybrid AGM.

3. Submit Nomination of Election of Committee Members for Year 2026-2027 here (Optional)
Note: Registration to attend the AGM and Proposal for Motion must be sent by 1 March 2026. Only SCCS members who are registered are able to attend the AGM. A link to Zoom and instructions will be sent to registered participants who choose to attend virtually by 9 March 2026 via WhatsApp or email.

Please note: Associate members may also choose to attend the AGM but are not able to vote.
