To support a child with cancer, You can regularly contribute to SCCS and start changing lives today!
Every year in September, the Sarawak Children’s Cancer Society joins hands with organisations worldwide to honour children, survivors, and their families who are bravely facing childhood cancer. It’s a time to raise awareness, spark conversations, and continue pushing for better treatments and support.
Did you know?
In Sarawak, one child is diagnosed with cancer every five days.
Themed Confidently Me, the annual SCCS Youth Camp gathers over 30 survivors from across Sarawak for a transformative experience, empowering them for life beyond cancer through activities that foster growth and connection.

Experience the inspiring journey of a real life cancer fighter named Aqil, at the Aqil Beats Cancer Balloon Maze, happening from September 26th to 28th at The Spring Shopping Mall, Bintulu. Enjoy a fun, interactive maze that features vibrant balloon sculptures.

SCCS joins Childhood Cancer International (CCI) and Childhood Cancer Malaysia (CCM) in the ‘Light It Up Gold’ campaign, where iconic landmarks around the world shine gold in support of childhood cancer awareness. In Kuching, Darul Hana Bridge, Bridge at Jalan Tun Abdul Rahman Yaakub, Satok Bridge and Satok Flyover will be illuminated in gold on Saturday, 20th September.

My Craft Studio, one of SCCS’ retail engagement partners, is hosting a fun lantern-making charity workshop this Mid-Autumn Festival! It’s the perfect family bonding activity where you can design your own lantern while supporting a meaningful cause. 100% of proceeds will be donated to SCCS to help children with cancer.
